Expowelding trade fair main award for Lincoln Electric!
Robotized tandem submerged arc welding demonstration won one of the three awards at Expowelding trade fair in Sosnowiec.
The application was presented on October 21-23, 2008 and was very popular with visitors.
Apart from spectacular welding demonstration, Lincoln Electric directed visitor’s attention to benefits resulting from this solution. It gives a capability of submerged arc welding for nonlinear welds and improves rebuilding and pad welding processes for flat surfaces. Power Wave 1000 AC/DC power sources allow accurate (digital) adjustment of interface shift in multi-arc systems. It also utilizes forward and reverses bias control to increase output and adjust arc interaction for submerged arc welding.
